National Honor Society has a brand new leadership team.
National Honors Society, already has big plans for how they can better their group for the 2024- 2025 school year.
“We will be hosting our annual blood drive on October 17 which is our fall chapter project, and we will have booths at MVC again this year. We are in the process of planning monthly meals with Lifeboat Alliance, and we plan on returning to the animal shelter to help clean and advertise adoptions,” Stated Addi Tinsley, ‘25
NHS impacts many student’s lives at MV.
Elias Mullinax, ‘25 stated “ It’s really helped me focus on community service more than I previously did. It pushed me to get more involved.”
There are many goals set for this year.
Advisor Ms.Kimberly Lichtenfels stated “ We want to increase Member participation in school and community service, and make an impact “
Advisor Mrs.Sarah Watts added, “ We hope to increase opportunities for service hours for our members, and to create a positive presence in our community.”
