HOSA is starting off the year strong with its yearly “Class of” tee shirt sales. 

HOSA, short for Health Occupation Students of America, is an organization for anyone that is interested in the medical field.

“Any student interested in the Healthcare field can join. We focus on medical- theme activities,” said Ms. Tammy Martin, Sponsor.

“We do the (Class Of) Shirts every year and they are a good start to the collection of Ram pride that everyone owns,” said Amelia Lamont, ‘25.

Ms. Martin added that they will be offering two colors of tee shirts this year which will be orange and black.

HOSA has goals set for this year.

Sophia Owens, ‘25, stated, “I hope to have better attendance at meetings as well as more participation from members.”

Owens added, “ HOSA’s main focus this year is to have more involvement with the school, community, and hospital.

“As President, and a member of hosa for almost 4 years, I encourage everyone to give hosa a chance. Even if you’re not interested in the medical field, I’m sure we have something for you,” Lamont stated.
